Incorrect behavior with multiple repositories

Hi,

I have a solution with 2 projects each with it's own Git repository. It appears that Git Source Control Provider detects only the first one and marks all files in the second project as "UnTrackered" (is this even a word? :)

This is fixed in 0.5.6.
