Deleted files still shows up, even after commit

I must commend you for your great work on the GIT SCC.  Welldone!

Please I'll like to know, is there any explanation to why deleted files still show up in the Changed Files (Git Pending Changes...) window after commit?

These files were deleted some 3 commits ago, and they are still visible in the Git Pending Changes (marked as deleted). Is that a bug or it's by design?

Thank you immensely for your effort.

When committing using the Pending Change window, you need to select the deleted file to commit.

Thank you for the tip. That fixed it.

I just learnt something new about git or maybe gsc.  "Deleted files are not automatically staged for commit, event after git add ."
